Join us at beautiful Harewood Farm for Mid Summer weekend of Yoga, delicious local food and World Heart Song.
This will be the 4th collaboration between Jo and Jana offering a day of Explorative and Restorative Yoga. This time we add some holistic cooking lessons into the day too. Both of us share a love of good quality local seasonal produce and grow much our own. During the day you will have the opportunity to partake in the preparation of some of our recipes, that you may have enjoyed in the past! We will then share food together.
Come for all or part of the weekend…whatever takes your fancy!
On the Saturday 20th you are invited to arrive at Harewood Farm (directions will be sent to you on booking) any time from 4.30pm to give you plenty of time to set up your tent, if you are planning to spend the night.
We will serve supper around a camp fire at 6pm.
At 7.30pm the delightful Eliza Kenyon will lead us in an evening of World Heart Song. You can read more about Eliza’s work at www.theawakeningsong.com
If you decide to stay the night we will have an early morning Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama session at 7.30am on Sunday 21st June. Followed by Breakfast.
Please note if you are not attending the main International Yoga Day we would ask you to leave the site by 9.30am. We Thank you for your compliance with this.
Sunday 21st June is International Yoga Day and we have an abundant feast of delights planned throughout the day…beginning at 9.45am until approx. 4.30pm. All of the practice will be out in the field kitchen and outdoor Yoga spaces.

We will have a wet weather contingency…just so you know!
